厨房笔记 on 30/10


先说说post上来的这张照片吧!
原本之前的post就要摆上来的,可是就是放不上.
有劳朋友IRENE帮忙才得以顺利上网!!
这就是<<妈妈宝贝>>里面的其中一个造型!很不同的Violet粉樱hor!
:)
有人说我在封面的照很象张惠妹,那这张呢?

好,这时候,应听众的要求,把这个星期在节目<<厨房笔记>>的食谱记上网:

辣拌罗卜
材料:
白罗卜300公克
红辣椒1支
花椒粒2小匙

调味料:
A料:盐1/2小匙
B料:辣油2大匙,酱油,麻油,糖,醋各1小匙

作法:
1)红辣椒洗净,切丝,白罗卜洗净,去皮,对半切开再切薄片,放入碗中,加A料腌10分钟
2)腌至白罗卜稍软,再加入红辣椒,花椒粒及B料搅拌均匀就可!!

    Hi fenying, really don't look like you leh. The pose and clothings make you look so slim and slender. That's why people always tell me, see photo, 不准的 ! Ahahaha, just kidding lah (today is friday mah), personally you are quite pretty too.

    Hi fenying, regarding today's topic about milk on the 新管家,I agree with one female listener who called in. I once witnessed mishandling of Yakult delivery man. He simply leave a carton of the yakult exposed to sunlight beside his car while he was pushing the other carton into the supermarket. This is very inconsiderate and fully agree handling is very important for dairy products.

    Hi fenying, re the escalator issue, I personally feel that the following rules should be observed
    1) no running up and down, thinking it is a playground
    2) no running up when in a rush, if you wish to walk faster, make sure you are holding on the side handrail
    3) always keep to the left
    4) always hold on to the side handrail, even when you are standing still

    Parents should educate children that escalator can be quite dangerous. Always remind them what are the accidents that can happen and the consequences. Keep remind them till they have a cautious attitute towards escalators.

    Re: Escalator issue
    a) NEVER let ur kids sit on the steps..
    b) NEVER let kids stand near the edge of steps..

    I always hold on to my boys hand and NEVER let my boy touch the escalator glass..

    fenying, 我赞成一位听众所说，我们的电动扶梯是快了一点。曾经我又一位韩国和澳洲朋友，他们都说新加坡的电动扶梯非常快，有一点可怕。或者，我们应该把扶梯的数度放慢一些。

    Thanks for all your response for 新管家! And yes, Mrs Small, the New Zealand girl is Bi Yu... thanks for her excellent acting.

    Regarding Vitagen show, every week, we will go to different places. Donald maybe you can check with the shops near your area when we will be there??

    About babies having hiccups after feeding and burping is actually normal. Not to worry. I will cover this in my Baby Tips segment soon...

    Mei-Choo took one month leave, i think for backpacking tour... Our program manager guoxian says she will be back in dec...

    I find using blogger a very good way to communicate with DJs. Normally thru telephone is so hard to reach you all. Just wondering only, if those menu you post up, is it possible to be in english? I find it very hard to understand what are the information about when it is written in chinese.
