1) Dust some flour or talcum powder on the stain area to absorb the oil b4 washing
2) Use dish washing liquid (lemon base one) rub on dry stain area b4 soaking n wash
3)Use white bread to rub on stain area to absorb oil b4 washing

1) Keep in dry pak use for keeping camera
2) Use candle wax to cover tip of battery
管家妙方：
1）Put melted candle wax on the negative portion 负边(flat part)of battery, just scrap away the wax for use when needed
2) Store in the refrigerator
3) Put inside torch light in opposite direction (this way torch light will not lit)

How to have a dreamless sleep:
The logic behind dream is quite "cheam" 深奥，i couldn't explain here also, anyway, in short, having sweet dream is ok, but then too often may cause lost of sleep. However nightmare too often means must seek doctor's help.
Listeners way:
1) Don't sleep (provided by KD - the joker - must be kidding). hahaha.... he suggested exercise n relax, don't stress up
2) Believe related to "Feng Shui" 风水 - so change position of sleep or bed, avoid hanging things on top or behind bed
3) Don't eat too full
4) Read comics b4 sleeping to help relax
5) Dorene suggested think of 厨房笔记 - sure to have sweet dream so no need to worry. Heehee.......

1）Don't watch too much TV program b4 sleep, talk less, relax and don't do anything stressful
2) Drink some warm milk or 酸枣仁 (not sure if that's how it should be written), or do some light exercise b4 sleep
3) If having dreams too often may affect sleep's quality, so advice to seek help from professional/doctor

How to get rid of fridge odour and smell?
Listeners way:
1) Put dry toast bread in the fridge
2) Clean the fridge thoroughly by removing everything first b4 cleaning
3) Put tea leaves inside the fridge
4) Put wet newspaper in fridge, when the wet newspaper dried up, the smell would be gone
5) Leaves some slices of lemon, lemon/mandarin orange skin in the fridge
6) Put pandan leave or "chang mao" (香茅)to get rid of smell
7) Believed that fridge give out bad smell when there's not enough gas - so get professional repair man to check the gas of the fridge

1）Place orange skin/lemon skin or cut lemon slices in the fridge. Bingo to listeners sugguestion!
2) Put tea leaves or chopped charcoal in cloth bag to remove smell
3) Leave a bottle of vinegar uncover in the fridge to absorb the smell

1) Paste medicated plaster on body
2) Get anti-giddy pills from pharmcy and take pills half hour b4 boarding the coach/bus/ferry
3) Sleep, close eyes
4) For children - take flu medicine half hout b4 boarding
5) Don't look outside the side window, just look infront, don't sit in reverse position to driver
6) Wear a anti-giddy wrist band (available in pharmacy)
7) 含酸梅，take something sour/salty
8) Alamak (辉哥）suggest bringing mango along to eat along the way

1）Hold ginger slices for smelling along the way
2) Paste ginger slice on belly button 肚脐
3）Use mandarin orange skin to hold on to nose for smelling
4) Apply medicated oil or paste medicated plaster on 太阳穴 (near the eyes area) or belly button
5) Drink water with vinegar added

Hi Fen Ying, I'm an 18 year old girl suffering from some spine problems. I remember watching a health tv programme which featured you in it, and you actually have this device which is like a round plate, and you mentioned in the show that you use it to exercise your spine every day while watching tv.. Id really like to know what product that is, as i hope to try it out and help my spine regain wellness.. really appreciate your reply :)

As for my outfit, I bought it from the upmaket fashion boutique Sianeder, which is located at Ang Mo Kio Hub #02-31. Got a lot of very nice and affordable clothes. Since you think it is nice, maybe i should buy more from there.....kekekeke....
