This my newly polished nail....... went to do nail art yesterday. Is it nice???Just came back from 2days MC today coz i lost my voice so can't go on-air,doctor says gotta rest voice for at least 48hours then can recover totally. :(
In fact, i was in the office doing paper work and production, i felt ok, only no voice.......Thanks for all your concerns and well-wishes and thanks to our manager Guoxian who helped me to cover my shift.
Yesterday, i went Monsoon to complete my hairdo as last week i only managed to do the bodily straight perm, cut and do treatment and it already took me 4hours!!Still yet to do the coloring..... And my hair is half black and half colored.... so ugly!!So better go lah....
Then Addy asked me wanna do Manicure and Pedicure or not???
Hmmm..... y not??! Can color hair and do nails at the same time.... and it is very shiok.... feel like leading a "tai tai" life!! And it is good to get rid of all the dead cells on my finger and foot.....
Then of course, the NAIL ART...... thanks to Lina and Angeline for helping me to make my nails look so nice.....Now, no more "auntie" liao..... someone says i am "kawaii".....

How to keep yourself fit and healthy b4/during tour trip?

1) Go for immunisation injection b4 tour (打预防针）
2) Drink enough/sufficient water - this helps to prevent stomach discomfort, and keeps skin
moisturised which would give better result for taking photograph
3) When travelling on long distance flight, always remember to get up from sits and do some
stretching exercise to relax muscles
4) Bring along candy for sucking during air plane take off and landing - helps to ease discomfort
of changes in pressure
5) Have sufficient sleep, take more rest, don't stress yourself up
6) Wash hands more often, avoid touching wild animals, avoid eating raw foods, avoid drinking
the tap water there, switch to bottled minerals water
7) Drink more "凉茶“ before setting off, bring along sufficient first aid medicines
8) Wear loose fittings clothing then can feel more comfortable, check the weather of tour location,
so as to bring along correct clothings necessary
9) Must prepare sun block lotions, moisturiser, lip protection moisturiser to bring along
10) Allow sufficient time to arrange for things needed, so that the trip would not be in a rush.

Never wear all the same color from head to toes.
The lastest fashion in hair style is bodily straight perm and digital spa perm. The latest color is brown, ash with bronze highlight. But must choose according to skin tone.

I think i wanna look young and pretty but on appropriate occssion, be glamourous.... So with my bodily straight hair now, i can be young and when grand occassion, i can set my hair to curly hair and be glamourous!!! So can have both in one whole....
