So you are lucky to have 2 cakes on the same day. The mango cake is very beautiful.
Since we are talking about cakes, I had tried the steam cake you taught twice but on both occasion the texture of the cakes are very compact and very sweet. Something like the 'Huat Kueh' texture only a little softer. Is this suppose to be the correct texture or it is suppose to be exactly like sponge cake type? When you said "stir to mix well" - do we just stir or we have to use hand whip equipment to mix well? Pls advise.

Please help us to ask Mr Huang about the mercury/heavy metal tester strip (correct device name).. where to get it.
I have tried calling polyclinics, pharmacy and even Thomson medical center.. no luck.
Also, please ask Mr Huang what is the cause of bb/ young toddler dignose with mercury poison. Is it because of the food they eat? Fish? Normally, young infant will eat "ngor (hokkien) fish" when they able to eat porridge..
He mentioned the other day that there is a kind of plaster can be use to treat the above mentioned illness, pls advise where do we get it.. the exact name of the plaster.

Please help me to find out, how come the stream iron have some sand like thing come out when we iron clothing, especially when we press the steam button. Or any kind soul out there can help, cause always very difficult to iron and find quite dirty.
