感谢Friends餐馆的厨师Chef Thomas在这几个星期为我的节目"我爱厨房"提供他的餐馆的食谱.我便特地到他位于Holland Road, Jelita的餐馆去享用一顿超健康的晚餐.
因为他所用的材料都是用益生菌培植的,我们叫做Probiotics ingredients.
第一道是 Sakura 益生菌豆腐豆芽.....
豆腐柔软,豆芽清脆,很爽口!
含益生菌的鱼圆也很可口......
这道蛋白小番茄是用含益生菌的Sakura鸡蛋和番茄,味道就是比普通的鸡蛋和番茄不同......美味爽口多了!
下来,就是这里的招牌菜,Cold Angel Hair Pasta......从来没有吃过这么好吃的冷Pasta!
我更爱吃的是这里的Prata Wrap......含益生菌的Sakura Prata配上肉松和其他配料,非常美味!
这可是我的 2nd servings, 好吃到..... 我吃了一份又一份!!
还特地要求Chef Thomas提供这道佳肴的食谱给我.......
今天和明天, 我将在下午3点30分的"我爱厨房"节目,教你如何在家里也可以准备Prata Wrap.
