早和晚都不是洗头最佳时间

洗净三千烦恼丝,洗去一头尘土,不仅令人神清气爽,对健康也大有裨益。
但怎样正确洗头,其中有许多学问。   

有专家指出,早起或睡前洗头均不利健康。

别带湿发出门、入睡
许多年轻人习惯清早起床后洗头,然后清清爽爽地出门上班;
还有人晚上临睡前洗头,然后带着湿漉漉的头发就入睡了。
这些习惯其实都不好。

早晨温度较低,湿发干得慢,湿气笼罩,容易导致头痛。如果遇上刮风,皮肤毛孔张开,还易受风寒而感冒,颈椎病患者更会加重病情。

晚上带着湿发和倦意入睡,会让人第二天起床后,昏昏沉沉,头痛乏力。因为人在睡眠状态中头部血液供应缓慢,抵抗力较弱,湿发会让头部热量被水分带走,长此以往形成健康隐患。  
如果在头发未干的情况下睡着,此时体温体调节中枢的调节功能低下,就更容易发生感冒。

因此,一般来说,临睡前最好不要洗头,如果要洗,就用干毛巾擦干,然后再用吹风筒把头发吹干后才睡,这样,就不会感冒了.

洗头最好选在白天温度稳定的时间,或是傍晚下班回家稍事休息后

这样就有足够的时间让头发自然晾干,从而避免一些疾病的发生。


洗头姿势要得当
洗头姿势也很重要,一般情况下,很多人喜欢低着头,把头发垂下来洗。

但专家提醒大家,头长时间下垂会影响正常血液循环,造成脑供血不足,对头发生长也不利。

因此淋浴时直立的洗头姿势较合适,而且要让身体调整到最舒服的状态。如果出现某部位疼痛、麻木或头晕等症状,说明血管或神经受到压迫,应适时调整。

此外,在理发店洗头,一般都采取仰躺姿势。但这种姿势并不是人人都适合,因为仰躺还对头部椎动脉造成一定压力,直接影响脑部的供血流量。时间久了会导致脑供血不足,从而可引起头晕、恶心、站立不稳等症状。
老年人、高血压者、颈椎病患者尤其不宜仰着洗头,否则易导致晕眩、脑部短暂缺氧,甚至中风。

偶尔到理发店去仰躺洗头还可以,但不要经常.

Hi Fenying,
Normally I wash my hair when I back from work around 8-9pm. By midnite before I sleep, it'll be dry. After reading this, I think I'm still safe. But washing hair position, I sometimes will bend down my head. Will correct this from now onwards.

I listen to your program while working. But sometimes too busy and will miss out some segments. Saw you post some of the info for washing hair and the ktv, which I not able to listen. Thanks for posting them up here. Your program very good!
