热水泡脚的禁忌

用热水泡脚,对身体很有好处
中医有一个说法,叫作“风寒从脚下生”,在天气寒冷时,人体更容易出现寒性肌肉酸痛、手脚冰凉以及寒性胃痛等各种不适,坚持用热水泡脚则可以促进气血运行,疏通经络,解表散寒,缓解手脚冰凉,扩张毛细血管,促进脑部供血。

泡脚祛风散寒
如果你经常泡脚的话, 你可以在热水中加入生姜片、花椒等辅料,对祛风散寒的效果较好。

热水泡脚并非人人适用
比如,患有脚气的人,病情严重到起泡时,就不宜热水泡脚,因为这样很容易造成伤口感染。

泡脚时间多久?
有人喜欢用电动足浴器泡脚,一泡就是几个小时。
一般来说,每日临睡前泡脚20分钟为佳,最好不要超过半个小时。
特别是老年人,泡脚时间过长的话,会引发出汗、心慌等症状。
孕妇也不宜长时间用热水泡脚。

足底按摩前,一定要先用热水泡脚
部分足浴器在宣传时夸大其词,声称能治疗某些疾病,其实足浴主要是保健,并没有治疗的作用。此外,很多人在使用足底按摩器的时候,直接调到按摩的功能,这不够科学。
在做足底按摩前,一定要先用热水泡脚,这样可以使气血循环加快,使肌肉、韧带放松,避免在按摩时受伤。

My feet always tired and ache easily. So sometimes will soak my feet in warm water. Heard that this helps to relief. The information you give here is good as I got to know more about this.
